Cancellation policy
- For cancellations received by 8 February 2016, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded. A deduction of EUR 25 administrative fee will be made to cover the cost of processing.
- Cancellations received between 9 February 2016 and 29 February 2016 will be refunded at 50% of the registration fee, with a deduction of EUR 25 administrative fee.
- No refunds will be available for cancellations made after 29 February 2016 or for no shows.
- All refunds will be issued after the Conference.
- Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Eventmanagement team of the University of Vienna (congress@univie.ac.at).
